Friday 29 September- THE LAST Outdoor session of the season! Forecast says Sunny Day - let us take advantage of this!!

18:00 Class.
19:00 Jam.

20:00 Dip in the sea to follow 😍.

(Dip is optional of course)

An open free form movement event.
No experience in improvisation is needed.
You will be surprised what the tuning in of the bodies under the skillful educated guidance of the facilitator can do to bring this out on you.

Suggested donation £10.
