Newquay Contact Improvisation & Live Soundscape Session

Step into a transformative journey of sound and movement guided by Alexandra Grigoriou of Your Wellness Ocean with soundscape by Richard and Robert Harrison of Echo Town.

This unique session blends the healing vibrations of Didgeridoo, Djembe, and Guitar with the expressive art of contact improvisation. The improvised music becomes a contact partner, always in a dialogue with our movement, both inspiring and being inspired by it.

This trauma-informed space, led by a qualified and insured trauma-release practitioner, ensures everything is an invitation, where you choose your level of engagement through guided…

Things to remember

Hi Alex and Aisha, Thank you for a really rejunenating class. It has been a while since I've practiced moving my body with other people and was relieved how easeful and enjoyable the experience was . I particularly liked the mix of tutor and found the skills I learnt and comfort of being witnessed in self expression and experimenting with different activities supported an emotionally kinder perspective and acceptance of current challenges in my personal and professional life. I hope to attend again.
